Dobruna Notary offers a variety of notarial services. From traditional to remote notarization (for tangible records) we are here to help you anytime.
Traditional Notary - the individual requesting a notarial act physically appears before the Notary Public (face-to-face) at the time the notarial act is performed. The signer/s and Notary will physically apply handwritten signature to the document(s). Once this step is complete, a stamping device will be applied by the Notary.
Mobile Notary - the process of notarization is the same as for the traditional notary, with the exception that the Notary comes to the signer. Please keep in mind that with this option, the signer needs to reimburse the Notary for travel expenses*.
Remote Online Notarization for Tangible Records - The signer appears physically before the Notary over the internet. An audio-visual recording is made of the notarization process. The signer signs the document (handwritten signature) and a declaration under penalty or perjury while communicating live with the Notary online. The signer must then send the tangible document to the Notary by mail, no later than 3 days after the act was performed. After receipt of the tangible document, the Notary will verify that the document received is the same tangible document that the individual signed on the audio-visual recording and complete a notarial certificate which will then be sent back to the signer.
